Reserve your auger, ice rod and shelter online and we'll hold them for seven days while you check the ice and plan your trip to the lake. No charge is made during that hold — you only pay once you're ready to confirm your winter tackle order.
Your gear is officially reserved once we receive your deposit. The remaining balance is due thirty days before your pickup date, or immediately if you're booking closer to your trip — handy for last-minute outings onto the frozen lake.
You can shift your pickup date once, free of charge, up to twenty-one days before you're due to collect your auger and ice rod, to any open date within the same ice season. A second change depends on whether we can rebook your original slot.
Some guided outings onto the frozen lake need a minimum number of anglers to run safely. If ice conditions or numbers don't line up, we'll let you know twenty-one days ahead so you can pick another date, another spot, or a full refund.
Proper thermal clothing and footwear rated for the ice are required to join any outing. Tell us about anything that affects how you move or dress for the cold — it helps your guide plan footing, gear and breaks on the ice, and never affects whether you're welcome.
Your auger, ice rod, shelter, safety gear and every accessory listed for the package are included, along with setup help at the lake. Travel to the lake, personal thermal clothing and insurance are not covered.
